Universal's Epic Universe FINALLY opens on May 22, 2025 with five immersive lands and we cannot wait! You will step through portals to transport you to each land. Our experts at Let's Go Park Hopping will provide better insight and updates once Epic is open and we have visited, but here is a look into what we can expect.

What Is Epic Universe at Universal Orlando?
Universal Studios is opening Epic Universal on May 22, 2025 with 5 immersive lands and we cannot wait! You will step through portals to transport you to each land. It has been way too long since we have had a completely new park open. We will provide better insight and updates once it is open and we have visited, but here is a look into what we can expect.
The park is divided into 5 immersive lands, each with its own attractions, entertainment, and food. .
Celestial Park
Celestial Park is the heart of Epic Universe where the energy of the universe is harnessed to open portals to extraordinary realms. You enter directly into Celestial Park through the main entrance or the private Helios entrance. Not only is Celestial Park beautiful with tree-lined pathways and dancing fountains, but you will find out of this world attractions and restaurants.

Stardust Racers: Board your comet to race across the cosmos on this dual-launch racing coaster that reaches speeds of up to 62 mph. It’s a dazzling display of blazing colors, ethereal music and incredible speed as riders race to see who’s the fastest of them all

Constellation Carousel: On this imaginative carousel, the cosmic energy of the universe enables everyone to ride the constellations themselves, including celestial lions, dragons, bears, and more. Music and color dazzle your senses as you whirl and twirl together across the Milky Way.

Atlantic (Table Service): Atlantic is an undersea culinary fantasy. Inside glass walls reminiscent of an enormous Victorian aquarium, starfish dwell peacefully with serene, illuminated fish swimming above you. Indulge in exceptional seafood and steaks or enjoy a cocktail at the lively Aquaria Bar.

The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant (Table Service): Dine on Chinese, Japanese and Thai fare in a star-filled courtyard under the glow of ethereal lanterns and a pair of colorful neon dragons. Then escape the bustling streetscape and relax with a cocktail in The Tiger Bar.

The Oak & Star Tavern (Quick Service): Feast on savory barbecue and cold beer around an ancient, starlight filled oak tree.

Super Nintendo World
Step into the worlds of your favorite Nintendo games at Super Nintendo World. This immersive land brings you into two themed areas: Super Mario Land and Donkey Kong Country. Both areas will wow you with color, energy, excitement, and competition.

The legendary Universal Classic Monsters come to life like never before at Dark Universe. Explore a village ravaged by the wrath of unearthly creatures and the monstrous experiments of Dr. Victoria Frankenstein. Dark Universe is a shadowy world where the unknown lurks around every corner.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter- Ministry of Magic
From 1920s Paris to the 1990s British Ministry, experience the wonder of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Ministry of Magic™. Encounter fantastic beasts as you explore wizarding Paris in the 1920s, then take the Métro-Floo to the British Ministry in the 1990s for new thrills with Harry, Ron and Hermione. Don’t miss out on new interactive wand experiences and three dining options.

How to Train your Dragon: Isle of Berk
Do you love How to Train your Dragon? Then it is time for you to journey to a rocky isle and discover a village populated by rugged Vikings and rambunctious dragons. From an exciting coaster to a heart-warming live show, it’s fire-breathing fun for all ages.

Park hopping to Epic Universe isn’t available (yet!). You’ll need at least a 3-day ticket, with one day reserved for Epic Universe.

You can also purchase single day tickets just to Epic Universe.
🕒 Early Park Admission

If you're staying on property or purchase at least a 2 day ticket from a travel advisor (contact our friends at Willow + Wand for help with this), you'll get Early Park Access—a full hour before regular guests. This is a great time to hit some of the most popular rides or get some fun photos before the crowds descend.
