Want to eat a family-style feast while Farmer Mickey, Pluto, and Chip 'n' Dale hang out at your table? Welcome to Garden Grill, the rotating restaurant inside the Land Pavilion at Epcot. Your dining room slowly spins past scenes from the Living with the Land boat ride while the characters visit your table.

If you're trying to decide whether Garden Grill is worth the reservation, who you'll meet, and what the food is like, you're in the right place.

Quick Verdict: I love this restaurant for the food and the great character interactions. Plus it is a must do for Living with the Land fans.

Spinning Restaurant Over Living with the Land

The big hook at Garden Grill is the dining room itself. It rotates slowly, so you get a view of the different scenes from Living with the Land as you eat. Some of the produce used in the meal is even grown in the Land greenhouse.

Don't worry though, you will not feel the rotation. It moves slowly so suddenly you will look around and realize you are looking at something new :)

Garden Grill Character Interactions

You'll meet Farmer Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale. They visit each table or booth one at a time, so the interactions feel personal and unhurried.

Characters rotate through the dining room and visit each table individually, which makes interactions feel personal and unhurried. These are some of the best character interaction I have seen at a character meal, especially with the infant at our table. Garden Grill is usually less busy than other character meals meaning that the characters have more time to spend with you. That said, the full charcter rotation does take time, so you should plan for at least 90 minutes.

The Food at Garden Grill

Garden Grill serves Chip 'n' Dale's Harvest Feast, and everything comes to your table family-style. Menus are always subject to change.

Breakfast

  • Breakfast pastries

  • Scrambled eggs

  • Smoked bacon

  • Mickey-shaped waffles with syrup

  • Fresh fruit

  • Skillet potatoes

  • Backyard grilled steak with ranchero sauce

We loved the breakfast food especially the cinnamon bread provided at the beginning of the meal. The skillet potatoes and grilled steak were also delicious. Plenty of food for everyone with the ability to order extra servings as needed

Lunch and Dinner

  • Cornbread with honey butter

  • Harvest garden salad

  • Carrots and celery with farmhouse ranch

  • Backyard grilled steak with chimichurri sauce

  • Rotisserie-roasted turkey with pan gravy

  • Mashed potatoes

  • Macaroni and cheese

  • Green beans and seasonal vegetables

  • Farmer's seasonal pie with vanilla ice cream

Plant-Based Options

There's a plant-based Harvest Feast too. At breakfast it includes scrambled "eggs," Impossible breakfast sausage, and plant-based Mickey waffles. At lunch and dinner it includes smoked "sausage," pulled "pork" with barbecue sauce, and a seasonal crumble with plant-based vanilla ice cream.

While I haven't personally done the lunch or dinner yet, my clients and friends have enjoyed these meals.

Price & Value

Pricing can change, but here is the current cost as of October 2026.

  • Breakfast Menu: $49 per adult and $33 per kid or 1 table service credit

  • Lunch and Dinner Menu: $62 per adult and $42 per kid or 1 table service credit

Dining plan tip: This meal is a great use of a table credit since it only requires 1 table service credit for any of the meals.

Tips & Tricks

Want to make the most of your reservation?

1.Book Early

Reservations open 60 days before your resort check-in day. They start at 6AM and often disappear quickly, especially during busy seasons.

2.All You Care to Enjoy The family-style serving is unlimited so go ahead and ask for the pastries!

3.Give Yourself Time This meal will likely take at least 90 minutes so make sure you have the time and enjoy the air conditioned time off your feet.

4.Have your Cameras Ready The character interactions at Garden Grill have always been great for me. This is the main reason people come to Garden Grill (and maybe the views of Living with the Land). Have your cameras ready to capture the fun.

FAQs

Is Garden Grill hard to book? Garden Grill is one of the easier character meals to book, however it is not well suited for large parties. Most tables fit a maximum of 6 guests, so larger groups may have to divide into several reservations. I would still recommend booking when your 60-day window opens.

Which characters are at Garden Grill? Farmer Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale.

Does the restaurant really rotate? Yes! The dining room moves slowly so you see different scenes from Living with the Land. Most people do not notice the rotation as it moves slowly enough to avoid motion sickness.

Do I need a park ticket to eat here? Yes. Garden Grill is inside Epcot, so you'll need a park ticket to dine here.

Are there plant-based or allergy-friendly options? Yes. There are plant-based Harvest Feasts for each meal, and you can talk to a Cast Member about any allergy needs.

Is it good for picky eaters? Mostly, yes. The menu has macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and Mickey-shaped waffles at breakfast.
